The Wellington features many amenities inlcluding a large club house that is available for community use. It is a great space to host events and family get togethers. We also have a private dock, shuffleboard court, pickleball court and two community pools.

Come and enjoy our community pools! Whether you’re looking to take a refreshing dip, bask in the sun, or simply relax and unwind, our pool areas are the perfect spot. The Wellington has two seperate pool areas for community enjoyment.
